The website www.emgemsndiamonds.com is the official online store for the presentation and sale of products by the Greek company “AFOI MKOGIAN O.E.”(Located at ELIAS 14, Veria, 59132) trading as E.M. Gems & Diamonds (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
The Company makes available through this website the products listed and presented therein.
All retail prices include VAT at 24%.

All jewelry pieces by E.M. Gems & Diamonds are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, from the selection of raw materials to the completion of each unique creation.
The Company ensures the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the information provided on its website, while reserving the right to correct any inadvertent typographical or technical errors or to temporarily suspend operations due to force majeure.
As each item is handmade, minor variations in gemstone color or appearance may occur compared to product images; however, such differences are minimal.

Every piece of jewelry set with gemstones is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, specifying the characteristics of the metal and stones, certified by the gemologist of E.M. Gems & Diamonds.
Return Policy
Customers are entitled to return any product purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product is returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and unworn.

The product is accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice.

The customer bears the return shipping costs.
If the item is found to be defective upon delivery, it must be returned within ten (10) calendar days of the purchase date, along with proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted only when:

The product has been tried on no more than once.

The original packaging remains intact.

All accompanying documents (receipt/invoice) are returned.

The return is made within 14 days from delivery.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Products damaged or altered due to customer misuse.

Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
Please note that the right of withdrawal allows customers to inspect a product as they would in a physical store but not to use it freely for 14 days.

All shipments are made via Courier Center using registered parcels, ensuring secure and prompt delivery of your jewelry.

Shipments are carried out through Courier Center.

Domestic (Greece): Usually delivered on the next business day after dispatch.

European Union: Delivered within 7 business days.

International (outside EU): Delivered within 7–14 business days.
Special care is taken to ensure safe, insured, and timely transportation of all jewelry items.
